Your Role:

• As an optometrist with Caruso Eye Care, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough eye exams using advanced optometric equipment.

• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of ocular diseases and conditions.

• Educating patients on proper eye care practices and preventative measures.

• Recommending appropriate follow-up care and treatment options.

• Providing expert advice and answering patient questions about vision and optical issues.

• Identifying and assessing eye conditions related to overall health, such as diabetes and hypertension.

• Contributing to the growth of our practice by mentoring staff and enhancing operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.

• An active state optometry license.

• Proficiency in using optometric diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A commitment to excellent customer service and patient care.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and electronic medical records.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $225,000, based on qualifications, education, and experience.

• Full-time employment with flexible scheduling.
